Step 1

Apply the oil to clean, dry skin over the areas to be massaged, such as the abdomen, hips, buttocks, thighs, or arms.

Dispense an appropriate amount into the palms of your hands and apply it evenly over the skin.

Massage with long, circular, and upward strokes. Pay special attention to areas where the skin feels less firm or where uneven skin texture is visible.

Step 4

In a professional Ginger Body treatment, approximately 10 minutes of massageis recommended. For home use, massage the oil until the skin feels soft and well-cared for.
