Shipping and delivery

Delivery time
The product is usually shipped the day after ordering (exceptions apply to orders placed on Saturday-Sunday. These are shipped the following Monday). Normally, goods are delivered within 2 - 7 days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and other holidays).
Delivery is made with Postnord or DHL.
We take no responsibility for Postnord's/DHL's delivery times.

Refunds 
Any refund will be made to your bank account, personal account, or bank/PlusGiro account. The refund will be made within 10 business days from the date we have received and approved your return.
14-day right of withdrawal. According to the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (2005:59), a consumer has the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without any specific reason.
If a business makes a purchase from the webshop, the Sale of Goods Act (1990:932) applies, which does not include the right of withdrawal as described above. If a business wishes to return a faulty item, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. After the seller has approved the claim, the buyer will be credited for the item but not for the return shipping cost.
This is provided that the product and product packaging are in an unchanged condition, i.e., unused and not opened, destroyed, or damaged.
As a customer, you are responsible for the return shipping cost when exercising the right of withdrawal.
When returning, the receipt or a copy thereof must be included. Contact with us must have been made before returning.
We reserve the right, in cases where the return is incomplete, to charge the self-cost price for the missing parts. We reserve the right, in cases where the return has been made incorrectly, i.e., no receipt or no contact has been made, to refrain from refunding the value of the goods. We will not redeem packages sent cash on delivery. Shipping on the original order will not be credited.
NOTE!! For unclaimed packages, we will charge you SEK 200 for incurred costs. Therefore, remember to always pick up your orders within 14 days from the date your package arrived at the postal agent.

Delivery delay 
If a delivery delay occurs, we will notify you by email or SMS. As a customer, you always have the right to cancel the purchase in case of delivery delays. We will do everything in our power to fulfill your order. There may be occasions that make it impossible to fulfill the order. We reserve the right to disclaim all compensation to the customer regarding delivery delays.
